Over the course of a week, if you consistently stay within your limit, DopaMind will reduce your allowed screen time by a small amount (dependent on your usage patterns). This gradual reduction approach is proven to have a permanent impact as it gives your brain time to slowly adjust without feeling deprived.
That's correct. Once you hit your daily limit, the blocked apps become inaccessible until midnight. This is intentional as it takes away your chances of slipping back into old patterns. Don't worry though, essential apps and emergency contacts remain accessible.
You can limit any combination of apps on your phone including social media, games, news apps, or anything else you find distracting. During setup, you'll select which apps to include. You can always adjust your selections later, but changes won't take effect until the end of the day to prevent impulsive modifications.
